A new HopTrip in Brittany ![one_third] [/one_third][two_third_last]During our visit to the technical days of the CRT Bretagne (Brittany’s local authority for tourism) in Dinan, we ran into Bregeon Jacques, owner of Hotel Lecoq-Gadby. In continuation of the good experience of this summer, we fixed an appointment for a new HopTrip in Rennes.[/two_third_last]
Reunions and work at Lecoq-Gadby.[one_half]It is with great emotion that we get off the train in Rennes on Friday January 23rd. It’s the 4th time that we visit the town of the Parliament of Brittany. No don’t need to look at our smartphones to guide us anymore; we take the direction of “156 rue d’Antrain” where we find the the entire team of the 4 star hotel and restaurant La Coquerie just as we left them a few months before.[su_carousel source=”media: 11076,11079,11102″ limit=”30″ link=”lightbox” height=”400″ items=”1″ title=”no”][/one_half][one_half_last]
This new HopTrip at Lecoq-Gadby will again be devoted to brand strategy for establishing and articulating its various activities: hotels, gastronomy, wellness, reception rooms, cosmetics brand …[/one_half_last] [box type=”shadow” ]Véronique and Jacques Bregeon pamper us during 4 days. We alternate work sessions, brainstorming, gourmet dinners, country ballads and many phases of informal exchanges that allow us both to understand their challenges, and create necessary synergies among us for the emergence of a true collective intelligence.[/box][su_carousel source=”media: 11091,11094,11098″ limit=”30″ link=”lightbox” height=”180″ items=”1″ title=”no”]
HopTrips legitimacy reinforced.
We measure again how Hopineo may be important, and in particular HopTrips. For managers of small tourism structures (HopHosts), even if prestigious, to be able to arrange some time for exchanging with people who are neither employees nor customers nor relatives, allows to put things into perspective, that may be particularly beneficial for the institution, or even for their personal balance.
[box type=”shadow” ]So HopTripers don’t need to have specific skills. Sometimes, it only needs a good feeling and then the authenticity of the exchanges can turn a simple sharing moment to a key turning point, in this case for a better tourism. This simply is the magic of what human relationships can operates, offsetting some horrors that can be seen elsewhere.
And it is the role of Hopineo to promote conditions of such an exchange.[/box]
Hopineo and Brittany’s regional tourism committee.
Enriched by this new humanly and intellectually intense experience, we approach our Monday afternoon meeting with Caroline Heller, who is responsible for the promotion and development of responsible tourism in the CRT (Regional Tourism Committee) of Brittany.
[box type=”shadow” ]If needed, lets recall that Brittany is the first Green Globe certified French region. And Caroline Heller is the principal artisan. So it’s around common fundamentals that we are working together on the best way to take advantage of Hopineo’s field expertise and methods to disseminate field solutions to Brittany’s tourism; the HopSolutions.[/box]
At the beginning of last week, back in Paris, we gladly formalize our proposals to Brittany’s Regional Tourism Committee, before preparing a meeting with Gaspard, from Cabanes des Grands Lacs with who are also preparing a new very exciting collaboration.
See you soon for the next episode… 😉
